Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 10 business days. Customer is required to provide a valid, reliable phone number to us at the time of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the shipment being delayed until a valid phone number is provided. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow up to 30 days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If we are back-ordered at the time of purchase, the shipment can be delayed out to 1 year or longer. There will be a notification on our website if any products are currently back-ordered.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
rocketheater.com ships to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or similar. All addresses provided to us must be accessible for a DOT class 8 truck to deliver our products.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 48 hours from the time your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours from the time you receive it.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
rocketheater.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Freight Disclaimer:
Freight shipments are not delivered like standard packages. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. It is important that you are available at the scheduled time to receive your shipment.
If there is a span of time where you will be unable to accept delivery (or have someone sign for you at the delivery address), please let us know so we can schedule the shipment accordingly. This includes vacations, business trips, etc., where you will not be available to take delivery of your heater.
Any fees incurred as a result of a delivery delay or re-delivery are the customer's responsibility.
Storage Fees: If you delay or reschedule the delivery and the carrier has to store your item, storage fees may apply. Be sure to accept your shipment within 2 business days of the carrier first contacting you to avoid these additional charges. Charges accrue two business days after arrival at the final freight center, excluding Weekends & Holidays. Days 1-3: $66.25/Per Shipment/Day & Days 4+: $221.00/Per Shipment/Day
Re-delivery Fees: If you are not available during the scheduled delivery window, the carrier may charge a re-delivery fee up to $200. It is important to ensure someone is available to receive the shipment on the first attempt.
Damages:
rocketheater.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Thoroughly inspect the crate for damage before signing the Bill of Lading. If you received your order damaged, please note the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:We do not export to foreign countries via rocketheater.com. International customers must contact us directly to arrange special shipping and pay using a check, money order, or trade.
Returns Policy:
We usually accept neither returns nor refunds, the exception being warranty claims. If a return request is accepted, the buyer must pay return shipping.
Credit Card Charges:
We may charge a hidden surcharge fee for using a card, as we use Clover for processing our payments. The percentage of the fee varies by your card company. If you want to avoid this fee, we also take checks & cashier's checks through our Order Form Here.
