Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Customer is required to provide a valid, reliable phone number to us at the time of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the shipment being delayed until a valid phone number is provided. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow up to 30 days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If we are back-ordered at the time of purchase, the shipment can be delayed out to 1 year or longer. There will be a notification on our website if any products are currently back-ordered.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. ships to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or similar. All addresses provided to us must be accessible for a DOT class 8 truck to deliver our products.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 48 hours from the time your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours from the time you receive it.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Thoroughly inspect the crate for damage before signing the Bill of Lading. If you received your order damaged, please note the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

We do not export to foreign countries via International customers must contact us directly to arrange special shipping and pay using a check, money order, or trade.

Returns Policy

We usually accept neither returns nor refunds, the exception being warranty claims. If a return request is accepted, the buyer must pay return shipping.
